Reflash via OTA
1.) check your build number Settings-About-Software information
ex: ASUS_T00J_WW_USER
2.) go to asus firmware download http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?
SLanguage=en&m=ASUS%20ZenFone%205&p=39&s=1&os=32&hashedid=96nqlxHp1VKV4Rdz
3.) then download your same model of your zenfone 5 ex: (ASUS_T00J_WW_USER.xxx.x.x.x.x.x)
4.) after download the firmware. double check the .zip firmware. (don't unzipped) just check. baka yun loob ng .zip firmware baka naka .zip parin.. hindi babasahin via OTA update..
5.) connect your zenfone 5 (kung sa pc/loptop ka nag download) paste to internal storage yun .zip firmware
6.) unplug your zenfone 5.
7.) few second OTA update will pop-up then (install)
8.) after installing.. meron ulit OTA mga 2mb lang..
9.) noted: all date will be deleted.
10.) after 2mb OTA..
NEED TO DRAIN YOUR BATTERY TO ZERO% (Yun hindi na talaga mag open/auto shutdown..
11.) dont turn on your zenfone 5 while charging.. wait till LED notification in (GREEN) color then unplugcorrect me (kung mali ako)
