Here is the globe LTE fix for mi max hydrogen 3gb ram 32gb rom with mi max qcn file. Follow these instructions to disable band 41. Backup your own qcn file first so you can restore it in case you need it!!! Restart your phone after applying the fix to get a signal.
This fix is for Mi5. Anyone willing to try this in MI MAX? Backup your QCN file if you’re going to try this so you can restore it if you experience problems.
These fixing procedures are capable on both rooted and none rooted xioami mi5 devices, as well as this, can be applied too in both locked and unlocked bootloaders on xioami mi5... Also tested on xioami mi max rooted or not, unlocked bootloader and locked bootloaders...

1. Qualcomm_Diag_QD_Loader_Driver_2016.exe
2. ADB-SETUP-1.3.exe
3. QPST v2.7 Build 4.11.rar
4. globe lte fix with band28.qcn
If you have all the files then let's proceed
Install the Qualcomm_Diag_QD_Loader_Driver_2016.exe,ADB-SETUP-1.3.exe and QPST v2.7 Build 4.11...
From my recent post that has been deleted, I see some problems that they couldn’t install the Qualcomm drivers it is just because of their windows security like the driver signature enforcement are enabled.
Now we are all done installing the needed apps and disabling the annoying driver signature enforcement...
On your mi5 go to phone and dial these *#*#717717#*#* to enable the diag usb port option of our mi5 as well as to disable just dial it again...
To see if the phone is properly readable by your pc/laptops, please make sure that the USB debugging on your xiaomi mi5 is enabled. Now on your pc/laptops open a command prompt and type in adb devices
