How To Push/Install System Apps Long Method:
Step 1: Using Root Explorer apk, move the system apk to System/App folder. Hit yes if it ask to overwrite

Step 2: Change Permissions by tapping and holding the app. Make sure to set permissions to rw-r--r-- (0644)
Step 3: Reboot into Recovery Mode.
Step 4: Wipe Cache partition and Dalvik Cache. (Advanced > Dalvik cache)
Step 5: Reboot your phone and you'll find the app automatically installed in your app tray.
