1. Open Phone Manager from the Home page, press battery remaining icon, to enter the battery management interface.

2. You can click on the Optimize. The system will automatically help you find some functions that may cause power consumption. You can manually select the optimization, turn off the Wi-Fi, mobile data, location service, Bluetooth, auto sync and other settings.

3. Click on Battery usage details,- Power Consumption Details - Software you can see the trend of power consumption, and you can confirm whether it matches your actual usage.
  • You can check the condition of mobile network signal\camera\GPS\WLAN\screen on if the bar is red or yellow, it means the condition is not good, which may cost more power.

  • Then you can see the power consumption of each time period, and the top battery using apps, this can help you to confirm the power consumption of the abnormal time period and determine which applications are causing power consumption.

Through the above methods, you can basically know about the power consumption of your phone.



TIPS: If you want to reduce the power consumption and get longer battery life, you can choose to set your phone according to the following methods.
  • Adjust the screen brightness.
  • Adjust the screen resolution
  • Optimize battery usage, temporarily turn off unused function
  • Power saving mode set up.
  • Clean the background application after setting the lock screen
  • Turn off networking privileges for less-used apps
  • Reduce the network connection time
  • Uninstall abnormally power-intensive apps
  • Update your phone system to the latest version and restart

1.Adjust the screen brightness.

In daily use, it is recommended that you reduce the screen brightness or enable automatic brightness adjustment. Low brightness can effectively reduce screen power consumption.

Swipe down from the top of the phone screen to display the status bar and drag the brightness bar to the left to reduce the screen brightness. Alternatively, select Auto. You need to go to Settings > Display > Brightness, and select Choose automatically.

2.Adjust the screen resolution

Smart resolution or lower resolution can help to reduce screen power consumption to save battery. You can set it up by going to Screen resolution. Enable Smart resolution or customize the screen resolution as required.

You can click on the Optimize. The system will automatically help you find some functions that may cause power consumption. You can manually select the optimization, turn off the Wi-Fi, mobile data, location service, Bluetooth, auto sync and other switches.

4.Power saving mode set up.

In the battery management interface, you may turn on Power saving mode or Ultra Power saving mode, this will help to increase your device standby time. We suggest you may turn off Performance mode, the battery consumption for Performance Mode will be relatively higher.

5.Clean the background application after setting the lock screen

You can clean some applications that do not need to run in the background. After the screen is locked, the system will automatically clean up the background application, which can reduce the power consumption of the background application after the lock screen.
In battery management interface ,press Launch or App launch, disable Manage all automatically, and manually disable Auto-launch, Secondary launch, and Run in background for apps that do not need to run in the background.

Tips: The above settings may have a certain impact on the background application to receive notification, please set according to actual needs.

Network access settings

6. Turn off networking privileges for less-used apps

Open the phone manager, click the Mobile date icon, and enter the Mobile data management interface, as shown below

You can go to Data usage ranking to see how your app is consuming mobile data.

Then, you can go to Networked apps to set up networking permissions for less-used apps,including Mobile data and Wi-Fi.

You can also enable Data saver to restrict the app from using mobile data in the background, which help you to reduce data usage and saves power.

Tips: The preceding settings affect message sending and receiving and network access of apps on a mobile data network. Therefore, set these functions according to actual requirements.

7. Reduce the network connection time.

Move data: Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the shortcuts panel, then touch and hold the Mobile data icon to enter the Mobile network settings screen, choose Advanced, and disable Mobile data always on..

Wi-Fi: Keep network connection off while sleeping
Settings > Battery > More battery settings > Stay connected when device sleeps

Tips: The preceding settings affect message sending and receiving and network access of apps on a mobile data network. Therefore, set these functions according to actual requirements

Uninstall abnormally power-intensive apps and system update.

8.Uninstall abnormally power-intensive apps

If the power consumption rankings contain apps that are not commonly used but consume a large amount of power, the apps may be incompatible with your phone. It is recommended that you uninstall these apps, use other apps of the same type, and then check whether the fault is rectified.
