I have the Huawei B310As-938 (globe at home) which is already better than the pocket WiFi. But it's still a half broken device.
On bad reception, it will often not recover when there is reception gain. Pulling the power plug and powering on again gives internet access. That is very annoying and should be automatic. Firmware bug.
