    Paano mag subscribe sa Panalo Data 30 offer?

    • Availment Procedures

    What is Pasadata or Shareable data?
    Ang PASADATA ang bagong service ng TNT kung saan maari kang mag-share ng portion ng iyong Data MB sa iyong mga ka-tropa. For example, ang Panalo Data 60 ay may 1GB shareable data kung saan puwedeng ipasa ang 300MB or 500MB sa iyong ka-tropa para pareho kayong konektado online.

    Paano mag-avail ng Pasadata?
    • Mag-register sa TNT data offer. Magregister sa Panalo Data 60 with 1GB of data by texting PDATA60 to 4545.
    • Simple lang mag-pasa ng data, text PASADATA<space>11-digit TNT no. ng pagpapasahan<space><amount in MB>MB and send to 808.
    • Ex. PASADATA 09129876543 200MB and send to 808
    • P1 transaction fee will be charged for every successful pasadata transaction
    May fair usage policy (FUP) ba ang All Out Surf 30?
    • Ang 300MB data ay pwedeng magamit for streaming o for downloading to all sites and apps for 2 days. Kapag umabot ang paggamit ng data nang 300MB, ito ay matitigil na. Mag-register na lamang muli para ma–enjoy ang paboritong apps at sites!
    • Ang Unli Facebook access ay magagamit for 2 days. Ang paggamit nito ay walang FUP.
    What is the process for the self-service SIM upgrade?
    • It's easy! Just follow these steps and make sure that you're using an active TNT SIM.
    • Using your old SIM, text ‘GETPIN' to 7927 for free.
    • You'll get the 6-digit UPGRADE PIN through your old SIM. Please note this PIN down.
    • Insert the new LTE Prepaid Upgrade SIM in your mobile phone.
    • Wait for the menu to appear and enter the UPGRADE PIN. The code is valid for 30 minutes only.
    • A prompt will appear and indicate that the upgrade code is valid.
    • Keep the phone IDLE (not used) for 15 minutes to ensure successful menu update.
    • You'll get the notification on your successful upgrade. Your old mobile number will be retained.
    • Restart the mobile phone.

    Sorry, but for the time being, this is only open to TNT, Smart Prepaid, SUN Prepaid, Smart Bro Prepaid, SBW Prepaid and Sun Postpaid SIMs. We'll keep you posted when this becomes available for Smart Postpaid!

    I have an old TNT number before and I want to use it again. Is this possible?
    No. This is not allowed since you can only trigger the LTE SIM upgrade from your old and working SIM.

    Is texting GETPIN to 7927, free of charge?
    Yes, texting GETPIN to 7927 is free.

    I already sent GETPIN to 7927, but I haven't received the PIN. What should I do?
    First, you should ensure that you texted the correct keyword (GETPIN) to the correct access code (7927). If it is correct, please wait for the reply especially if you already made multiple attempts. You can only get 2 PINs per day, each valid for 30 minutes. If you have maxed out your upgrade PINs for the day, please retry after 24 hours.

    Can I use the upgrade PIN even after 3 days?
    You should use the upgrade PIN as soon as you receive it. It is valid for 30 minutes only. If you use an expired upgrade code, you will be advised to send another request using your old SIM.

    How many PIN requests can I make?
    • You may only request for 2 upgrade PINs per day. Once you reach the maximum allowable tries, you'll be advised to try again after 24 hours.
    • I already inserted my new LTE Prepaid Upgrade SIM, but my transactions are failing, what should I do?
    • Please ensure first that you do the following:
    • Type the correct upgrade PIN
    • Make sure that the upgrade PIN is still valid.
    • Upgrading the correct type of SIM card. The LTE Upgrade SIM is only applicable for the following: Smart Prepaid / TNT / SUN Prepaid / Sun Postpaid / Smart Bro Prepaid / SBW Prepaid SIMs

    I already have the LTE Upgrade SIM but my transactions are failing, how many incorrect attempts are allowed?
    You only have five unsuccessful attempts per PIN per day. Should you want to try again, please request for another PIN or wait after 24 hours (if you’ve reached the max PIN requests per day).

    Will my LTE Upgrade SIM get blocked after reaching the maximum number of tries?
    Fortunately, your LTE Upgrade SIM won't get blocked if you reach the maximum retries. The retries reset after 24 hours. Simply ensure that you enter the correct code without extra spaces or characters.

    Where can I get the LTE Upgrade SIMs?
    • You may get the LTE Upgrade SIM for FREE in the nearest Sun Shop or Smart Store nearest you, just bring the following:
      Old SIM
      Valid IDs - preferably government issued
    • Alternatively, the LTE Upgrade SIM for only P10 in convenience stores, mall chains and retailers near you.
    How much is the LTE Self-Service Upgrade SIM in Smart Stores and Sun Shops?
    You can get the LTE Self-Service Upgrade SIM for free in Smart Stores and Sun Shops. The LTE Self-Service Upgrade SIM is also available in convenience stores, mall chains and retailers near you for only P10.

    When I upgrade with the same number, will my phonebook contacts and messages copied?
    Before you proceed with SIM upgrade transaction, you must ensure that you were able to back up your important messages and contacts.

    If I accidentally canceled the transaction in the Upgrade SIM, will it still push through?
    • Oops! The transaction will push through if you were able to input the upgrade PIN. Nonetheless, you may just simply turn the handset on and double check if your old SIM still has signal.
    • Entered the upgrade code successfully, but accidentally turned the phone off. Transaction will push through Old SIM will not have signal
    • New SIM no longer shows the menu
    • Receipt of successful SMS
    • Turned the phone off without entering the upgrade code. Transaction will not push through Old SIM still has signal
    • New SIM will show the menu

    Will my remaining load and promo credits be carried over when I upgrade my SIM to LTE?
    Yes. All your remaining load and promo will be carried over when you upgrade your SIM to LTE and you also get to keep your number.
